On November 20, 2010, the historic Parkesburg National Bank Building was officially re-opened. 

 

Great Oak Capital Properties, LP had purchased this property one year earlier, and worked on restoring it during that time.

 

Now complete, the building contains 10 apartments on the upper floors and the offices of Keller Williams Realty Midway in the commercial space on Main Street.
